Bennett Creations are inspired by the interplay between fluidity and rigidity;

capturing a moment to make that shape permanent or releasing it to welcome something new

and the recognition of the role and importance of each.

 

By using found and recycled materials in this work,

what normally would be discarded is celebrated and the vision

that everything has the ability to transform is embodied.

 

Using fixative, textiles, and other media,

these lightweight three dimensional sculptures are designed for interior hanging.

Bennett Creations were selected for the Eileen Fisher Chop Challenge,

included at Bremerton's Collective Visions Gallery juried art competition, 

shown at the Saturn building at 3417 Evanston Avenue North in Fremont,

and exhibited at AXIS Gallery in Seattle's Pioneer Square.
